SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC // Lissette Guzmán is a creative leader with over 20 years of experience shaping ideas that connect culture and brands across the Dominican Republic and beyond. After leading creative teams at Pagés BBDO, Publicis, and Y&R Damaris, she joined McCann Santo Domingo in 2022, where she currently serves as Chief Creative Officer. Her work for brands like McDonald’s, Mastercard, Corona, Presidente Beer, PedidosYa, Sirena, Visa, Gatorade, Jeep, UNICEF, and leading banks has been recognized with more than 180 international awards at Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, The One Show, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and others. She has also served as jury at The New York Festivals, Effie, Fiap, Madstars, and Mercado Mag’s En Tribuna. A co-founder of La Vara Awards and CREDO (Creativos Dominicanos), Lissette actively works to elevate Dominican creativity and promote diversity through initiatives with PUBLICITARIAS and Ladies Wine & Design. She also teaches creativity and copywriting at schools like Chavón (affiliated with Parsons), Atomic Garden, Brother, and Brave. Graduate of Brother, APEC University, and BARNA Business School, she combines strategic thinking, cultural insight, and passion for craft to lead work that inspires, transforms, and wins.
