SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA // Lauren honed her skills abroad at agencies including AKQA London, Droga5 New York and 72andSunny Amsterdam, leading global work for brands like Nike, Google, IKEA, Uber, H&M and Eurostar. Strategic by nature, her work for Nike, Google and Uber has been recognised globally, at Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, Effies and One Show. One of the most enduring being Nike Training Club, with the project being named Ad of the Decade by The New York Times, awarded at Cannes Lions, and still in market today (in a new format). Her career has been defined by building platforms that last, shift behaviour and give organisations new ways to think about their products, culture and creativity.

Back in Australia, Lauren is now Managing Director of Special Group APAC, leading the Uber–Special partnership across the region. Under her leadership, the team launched the highly awarded Get Almost Almost Anything platform, now running in 12 countries. Movement and momentum are part of Lauren’s DNA. She leads with transparency, brings a sense of humanity to even the most complex problems, and has a knack for getting teams into flow. She’s also a certified yoga and breathwork instructor, which probably explains her ability to keep calm, stay curious, and bring people with her. Namaste.
