BERLIN, GERMANY // Jo Sandow is an Executive Creative Director, music supervisor, and record label owner shaping music and sound for global brands and filmmakers. Originally from Australia and now based in Berlin, she leads creative at Supreme Music, with credits including PENNY’s The Wish and Telekom’s The Choir Against Hate, and awards such as a Gold Lion and a Grand Effie. In 2025, she served as Grand Juror for Music Composition & Sound Design at the German Advertising Film Awards (DWP) and previously judged The One Show’s Music Craft category in New York. Alongside her commercial work, Jo runs Field Supply, an independent record label supporting emerging artists through sync. Jo is a committed craft advocate and creative leader who strongly champions diverse perspectives and meaningful collaboration in music and audio production.
