SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL // Born in the countryside of Brazil, Adriano Sato began his creative path influenced by cinema and storytelling from an early age. He studied Advertising and later earned a scholarship to the Copywriting program at Miami Ad School, which led him to join Wieden+Kennedy São Paulo through the Kennedy’s program. Sato has since worked across some of the leading creative agencies in Brazil — Wieden+Kennedy, AlmapBBDO, Wunderman Thompson, Africa Creative DDB — and currently serves as Associate Creative Director at TBWA\Media Arts Lab, working exclusively on Apple across US/Global, Latin America and Canada. His work has been recognized with more than 160 awards, including Cannes Lions (Titanium and Gold), Clio Music Awards Grand Prix, Clio Awards, D&AD, One Show, Clube de Criação Grand Prix, multiple Grand Prix at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and a Latin Grammy nomination. He is one of the few Brazilian creatives to have earned a Cannes Titanium Lion.
