MADRID, SPAIN // Eduardo is a Global Creative Director with a passion for creativity, social disruption, and innovation, built on a strong foundation of transformative and impactful campaigns. Over the course of his 10+ year career, he has had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s top talent, delivering ideas and game-changing work that have helped improve the lives of thousands. Eduardo is a key member of the creative engine at VML Health, where his contributions have helped position the agency among the top health agencies in the world. In 2024, he was named one of the “Innovators of the Year” by the Clio Health Awards. With more than 250 awards to his name, Eduardo has also served as a juror for the Clio Health Awards, PHNX AdForum, Mad Stars, and Luum Awards.
At Cannes 2025, Eduardo and the VML team brought home the first-ever Innovation Lion awarded to a Spanish agency, with the project PainVisible. His dedication has played a key role in modernizing the creative landscape of Spain’s health sector, leading initiatives and campaigns that have positively impacted thousands of patients. A standout example is the campaign “Paintings of Hope” for Gilead Sciences, where the emotions of three breast cancer patients were translated into nine canvases using artificial intelligence, robotics, data, and voice analytics—ultimately contributing to a change in legislation.
Another groundbreaking project, “Dogs Without Borders,” trained dogs to detect cancer through scent, offering early diagnosis in remote regions such as the Amazon, the Sahara, and Los Pueblos Negros. Beyond his creative work, Eduardo regularly writes for medical sector magazines, sharing insights on enhancing the creative process in health-focused agencies. He also teaches creativity in health-sector master’s programs and has appeared on podcasts to discuss advertising and innovation.
