LONDON, UK // Alison Steven is a Global Creative Director at Ogilvy UK. Her work sits at the intersection of brand purpose and pop culture. Alison oversees the creative vision for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Dove and Hellmann’s. Alison has had a pivotal role in the Dove “Real Beauty” platform. Leading their 2024 and 2025 Super Bowl campaigns, creatively shaping the #TurnYourBack campaign and co-creating the multi award winning “Reverse Selfie” culminating in the Dove 20th Anniversary work. She has been awarded multiple times at every major show including x 3 Cannes Lions Grand Prix.

Her ability to pivot between deep emotional resonance and sharp cultural commentary is evident in her recent work for Hellmann’s which is transforming it from a legacy brand to Gen Z favourite. From the Charli xcx “Club Classic” guerrilla stunt that defined “Brat Summer” to the high-fashion Margaret Bag collaboration with Chopova Lowena for London Fashion Week, Alison’s work consistently dominates the cultural conversation. Nominated as a “Woman to Watch,” Alison previously held senior roles at BBH London, Wieden + Kennedy, and VCCP. She has a wealth of experience in “demystifying complexity” to create work that is as commercially effective as it is creatively daring.
