ATLANTA, USA // Eduardo is Cuban-born, American by choice. He is a creative leader with extensive experience shaping multidisciplinary teams across the U.S. and Latin America. His work has been awarded, exhibited, and published internationally, and is included in the permanent collections of museums in the United States. At Fors Marsh, Eduardo oversees the vision, strategy, and execution of the firm’s creative and communications work. He aligns teams around Insights (what is) + Imagination (what if), grounded in the belief that creativity without insight is beautiful noise, while evidence without creativity is invisible truth. His work focuses on driving behavior change and lasting social impact across health and well-being, inclusive institutions, and resilient communities.

Previously, Eduardo served as CCO at Brunet-García Advertising, where he transformed its creative reputation and growth. During his tenure, the agency was ranked among the most creative globally by The Drum and earned recognition as one of Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies worldwide for three consecutive years.
Eduardo’s career spans teaching, design, advertising, visual arts, and social impact communications. He is deeply passionate about life, ideas, collaboration, and considers inspiring people the most powerful currency. Fatherhood is his ultimate privilege.
