SANTA MONICA, USA // Jethro Ames is an award-winning Associate Creative Director with more than 20 years of experience crafting ideas at the intersection of story, design, and human insight. His work spans global brands and complex healthcare categories, grounded in the belief that even the most technical subject matter deserves emotionally resonant, beautifully executed storytelling. At GSW Los Angeles, Jethro leads creative across multiple therapeutic areas and currently serves as Creative Lead for BridgeBio’s Attruby HCP campaign, translating rigorous science into compelling narratives with both precision and heart.

Before returning to agency life, Jethro founded and led his own production studio, directing short-form campaigns for brands including ExxonMobil and The Home Depot. A Tribeca Film Festival winner of the inaugural #6SECFILMS competition, he became known for pioneering micro-video storytelling and elevating stop-motion craft for modern audiences. His work for brands such as General Electric, Hewlett Packard, and Budweiser has been featured in The New York Times, NPR, Mashable, and Adweek, which named him one of the Top 10 Stop-Motion Artists Creating Brilliant Work for Brands. Across more than 50 global clients, Jethro’s work is defined by meticulous craft, inventive visual thinking, and ideas designed to endure beyond the scroll. Outside the studio, he’s a husband, father of three, and competitive HYROX athlete — driven by discipline, endurance, and the pursuit of better.
