Marisa leads global initiatives that strengthen creator perception, accelerate product understanding and adoption, and build sustained advocacy across key creator segments. She partners cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Government Relations, and regional leadership to execute scaled campaigns, industry moments, education programs, and community initiatives that drive both creator growth and measurable business outcomes across markets.Prior to TikTok, Marisa spent over a decade in the global entertainment industry at Endemol Shine, where she led marketing, digital, and research across international television franchises. She began her career in ad tech and consulting, grounding her leadership in data-driven growth strategy and operational execution.
