VALENCIA, USA // Born and raised in Malmö, Sweden, Rickard began a professional design career while studying at UCLA, where early work led directly to industry opportunities. Rickard worked at established design agencies including 30 Sixty Design and Samuels Advertising. After more than a decade in Los Angeles, Rickard returned to Sweden, working at Adamsson/Appelfeldt Advertising and Sony Mobile Communications as a UI/UX designer, while also freelancing. Upon returning to Los Angeles, Rickard joined Lionsgate Entertainment, starting in Television Marketing before transitioning to Home Entertainment, where Rickard currently works as Senior Art Director. Rickard’s work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including 2 Grand Clios and 30 other Clio awards. Outside of work, interests include film and music spanning from pop to death metal.
