NEW YORK, USA // Susan Frank is Vice President, Program Marketing and Advertising. In this role, Frank is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of multi-platform marketing programs, and managing all marketing strategy and consumer advertising for the network's entertainment programming, with a focus on original series, specials, documentaries and theatrical acquisitions. She oversees internal and external creative and digital agencies that execute advertising for the network, including television, print, radio, online, mobile, tablet and outdoor campaigns. She has also spearheaded the network’s efforts at San Diego Comic-Con International, New York Comic-Con and South by Southwest Music, Film and Interactive Festival.
Frank previously was Senior Director, Program Marketing and Advertising. In her 16 year career at SHOWTIME, she has also served as Director, Consumer and Affiliate Advertising. Frank has been responsible for the strategy and marketing execution of some of the most lauded shows and campaigns to have been produced by the network, such as BILLIONS and THE AFFAIR. She also served as the brand manager on DEXTER since its premiere in 2006, and was instrumental in the series’ notable magazine cover campaign. She is currently spearheading marketing efforts around the much anticipated return of David Lynch’s iconic television series TWIN PEAKS. Frank has been recognized with various awards for her work throughout her career, including receiving two CTAM Hall of Fame honors for the hit original series WEEDS and DEXTER®.
Prior to joining the network, Frank served as Senior Creative Services Manager at TBS, where she was responsible for all national consumer and trade advertising, and produced the network's annual upfront media presentation and all sales support materials for national advertising and cable affiliate sales groups. With a longstanding career in advertising across various fields, she began her career at Westwood One.
Frank received her B.S. in Marketing and Advertising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Frank is based in Showtime Networks' New York headquarters.
