LOS ANGELES, USA // A sweet 16 years ago, Theresa began her career in entertainment at an independent film company. From there she dated a few agencies—picking up skills, sharpening her eye—until finallymeeting (and falling for) The Refinery Creative. In the nine years they’ve been together—including two as Associate Creative Director—she has honed her craft, built dynamic relationships with colleagues and clients, and led her team on numerous award-winning print campaigns.

When Theresa isn’t creating captivating campaigns, she can be found outdoors hiking, playing disc golf, or tasting her way through wine country, refining her palate for her (imaginary) side hustle: sommelier.
