SAN FRANCISCO, USA // Elle McCarthy was born in London and lives in The Bay Area today with her husband and dog Moomin. Elle is the VP of Brand for Electronic Arts, where she oversees the team that manages the strategy, identity, products and services and brand marketing.

Previously, Elle spent the majority years in advertising agencies as a strategic leader from leading the Global Ford strategy team across Omnicom in New York, to the Virgin Media brand team at BBH London to leading BBC Youth strategy for Karmarama. Elle has received many awards and accolades along the way including IPA, Effie, Cannes, D&AD & Golden Arrow Awards.

Elle is also a diversity, equity and inclusion champion, and has helped the agencies she’s been at to shift their creative work and policies to be more representative. Elle also gave a keynote for the 3% Conference called ‘Choose Your Words’.
