NEW YORK, USA // Steve has been practicing the art (and science) of creativity and strategy for over 25 years. He was fortunate to get his start in consumer advertising, where he developed strong foundational skills in creative and strategy working on large-scale consumer accounts. But, given his strong background in science and technology, Steve eventually re-located to the healthcare space, where he’s stayed¬–and thrived–ever since.
Steve is an idea-driven creative leader with strong skills in strategy, conceptual thinking, branding, copy, design, and tactical implementation across online and offline channels. He has deep experience in all major pharma/healthcare categories, producing awarding-winning work in Rx, DTC, OTC and everything in between. Steve embraces the value of collaboration at every level, and he’s adept at building, managing, and inspiring creative departments to consistently produce work that's bold, memorable, and strategically-aligned–generating powerful, real-world results for brands and clients.
Prior to Calcium, Steve was CCO at LLNS/Omnicom and Chief Creative Partner at Rosetta, the largest independent digital agency at the time. He was also Partner and CCO at Wishbone, a creative-focused “Agency of the Year” winner. Other key positions were held at NCI/Publicis, KPR/Omnicom, and Sudler/WPP.
Steve is a magna cum laude graduate of Brown University, where he studied both science and the humanities. He also studied at the Rhode Island School of Design.
