NEW YORK, USA // Tracy Brosnan is the founder of Wonder & Zest, a NYC-based creative collective focused on up-and-coming purpose-driven brands. She launched W&Z after several years as Creative Director/Head of Content at international PR firm DeVries Global. Her move to DeVries came after close to 20 years of working in major ad agencies.

To Tracy, the move from advertising to PR is in line with how the industry is shifting, as messaging becomes more and more integrated with culturally relevant moments. Most recently, she helped relaunch Pantene in Western Europe with a content series that involved 100 women sharing the effects of hair on their psyche. The project marked the most inclusive casting of women ever created by Pantene. Her other clients at DeVries included Aussie, Olay, Essentia and Celebrity Cruises.

Before DeVries, Tracy spent much of her career at Saatchi, Grey, Publicis and the Martin Agency, on clients like Walmart, Olay, Pantene, Botox and a number of health and wellness brands. Some of her proudest creations include “Mothers and Daughters”, Olay’s first ever social media project; a photo essay on the demolition of Bethlehem Steel; and her two kids, who play a whole lot of soccer.
