TAMPA, USA // Nikki Donofrio is the Vice President of Marketing, Events and Entertainment for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She leads the strategy and execution of the franchise’s marketing, fan engagement, events and gameday entertainment. She also oversees the business intelligence group and in-house creative team. In 2019, her marketing team was awarded “Grand Marketer of the Year” by the American Marketing Association – Tampa Bay.
Prior to joining the Buccaneers, Nikki spent eight years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Great Wolf Resorts where she led marketing strategy and sales for the nation’s largest chain of indoor waterpark resorts. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at Six Flags in various sales and marketing roles eventually overseeing marketing, public relations and sales for 20 theme and water parks throughout North America. Her first “real” job was in group sales at Madison Square Garden where she saw the NY Rangers win the Stanley Cup before she transitioned to Philadelphia to work at Comcast-Spectator managing group events for the 76ers, Flyers and family shows throughout two arenas.
She earned both her master’s degree in Communication and Information Studies and her B.S. in Administration of Justice at from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
