LOS ANGELES, USA // Michele Bell serves as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Creative Services for Paramount Home Entertainment, overseeing all of the division’s product packaging and digital design, in-store and online creative assets, and print, broadcast and online advertising. Bell is recognized for navigating the ever-changing home entertainment landscape with creative solutions that reach a wide range of consumers across traditional retailers and emerging digital platforms. Under her direction, the home entertainment creative team pivoted rapidly to develop assets, trailers, and tailored advertising to launch Paramount’s first PVOD releases in 2020 with tremendous success. Her focus is on developing compelling, persuasive, and disruptive creative assets that demand attention and drive consumer sales.
Throughout her ever-evolving career at Paramount, Bell has energized her team with a positive, collaborative, and creative energy that permeates the entire organization.
Bell has over 20 years of home entertainment marketing experience and previously served as Vice President, Creative Services for Universal Studios Home Entertainment. In this role, she oversaw and managed creative advertising objectives for the feature, catalog, TV and specialty brand groups. Bell also supervised the development of creative marketing concepts for all consumer and trade materials.
Prior to joining Universal, Bell spent the early part of her career at New Line Cinema, rising through the ranks to Vice President, Creative Advertising, Home Entertainment. In that capacity, she supervised and provided creative direction in the development of key art, collateral, print advertising, DVD menus, internet advertising, television spots and sales trailers for all home video releases.
