PHILADELPHIA, USA // I've dedicated most of my career to the healthcare industry, and I wouldn't have it any other way. The work we do has the power to change lives. And great work begins and ends with a big idea — big generous ideas that elicit awe, wonder, delight, and even envy. But it takes more than that. It takes discovering extraordinary creative talent and giving them the platform and empowerment to do great work. It takes empathy and understanding to see things from the customer's perspective, empathy that we gain from our own health experiences. And above all, trust and a mutual commitment with colleagues and clients.

After spending a decade at Digitas Health, an agency experience that fueled my career, I found myself challenged with new opportunities. Most recently, I joined dentsu to help set the course for the launch of dentsu health — an ambition and commitment to unlock opportunities for growth and transformation across the entire healthcare ecosystem. As Global CCO of dentsu health, I inspire a new generation of creative talent in the healthcare space, where we build a culture of game-changing ideas that find a home with clients courageous enough to bring them to life.

I've had the privilege of serving on the Pharma and Health & Wellness Juries at the Cannes Lions Festival, the Clio Health Awards, The Global Awards, the London International Awards, and The One Show. In 2022, I was the Jury President of the London International Awards for Craft and a recipient of the 2017 DTC Vanguard Award. I've also had the good fortune to have the recognition of my peers at industry award shows like MM&M Awards, DTC Awards, CANNES Lions Health, RX Club, Addy Awards, and Creative Floor. But it’s not all work for me. When looking for inspiration outside of my job, I don’t need to look far— my teenage boy keeps me inspired, on-trend, and young at heart.
