LOS ANGELES, USA // Starting his career as an editor, Chad's passion for music and sound has been a driving force in every creative task he has tackled. Today, as president of AV Squad, he has played a key role in the success of numerous award-winning campaigns across various studios and streamers. Under his creative and cultural ethos, AV Squad has grown from a two-person operation into an industry leader that embraces risk and fosters a unique and collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.

However, what he’s most proud of, is that through every long night and creative challenge, he gets to work with the coolest editors, producers, designers, artists, creative directors, and music supervisors in town. He is reminded on a daily basis that a talented group of individuals can all put their heads together and create outstanding work, while also having a lot of fun doing it.

Chad is proudly born and raised in Los Angeles. When he’s not talking about himself in the third person, he enjoys sharing a life with an incredibly understanding, hysterically funny wife and his two awesome kids Parker and Jones.
