LOS ANGELES, USA // Cindy Luck-Sakamoto has been in Entertainment Advertising for over twenty years. Her career has spanned two decades filled with award-winning creative and successful stints as both a freelance art director and staff creative director. Cindy’s career expanded to new places and studios, as well as broader creative challenges. Her career path led to working as an art director and then to Creative Director for various studios as well as enabling her to launch a successful full-time freelancing business called luckdesign advertising/design. Most currently, she is working with Known as a Creative Director.

Cindy graduated from California State University Long Beach with a BA in Graphic Design and has worked extensively in Theatrical, Network and Home Entertainment. She has designed key art for posters, outdoor advertising, trade-consumer advertising, promotional materials and logos. Her experience as a Creative Director gave her hands-on influence in all aspects of key art, as well as overseeing other art directors, designers and production staff.

In addition to working in the entertainment field, Cindy has been involved in working with her community of young kids and teaching them about art history and design in a program called Adventures in Art.

In her freetime, Cindy lives in Redondo Beach with her husband Eddie and has twins, Cole and Kiana, and her dog Vanilla.
