LOS ANGELES, USA // Noelle Cooke is a prominent executive in the motion picture advertising community. In the span of twenty five years, she has risen from the entry-level ranks to co-found and become CEO of The Arterie, a full service, global advertising agency with offices in L.A and Austin, Texas.
Prior to founding The Arterie in 2005, Noelle was VP of Creative Services at Posterchild and before that, Director of Creative Services for Indika Entertainment. Her early career was distinguished by tenure in-house at Sony Picture Entertainment’s Corporate Public Relations Department in 1999, and prior to that she worked in international film sales for a Los Angeles based production company.
Her creative career includes Noelle overseeing and directing the print, motion and digital campaigns for hundreds of films, television shows and other media projects. THE LORAX integrated campaign was recognized with a Key Art Award for Universal Pictures. Recent work from her company includes fulfilling media buys and creating motion pieces for campaigns such as Special Ops LIONESS, PINOCCHIO, PICARD, ENCANTO, FINESTKIND, TULSA KING 2, BLUES BIG CITY ADVENTURE, INSIDE OUT 2, THE NFL 2024-2025 and various others; Social Media campaigns for various titles including WILLY WONKA and SOLAR OPPOSITES and Key Art for several campaigns. The Arterie Sports division served as the agency of record for the LA KINGS and works with teams including SF GIANTS and SA SPURS. She has led her team in creating successful campaigns for the NFL on CBS and FOX SPORTS/FIFA WORLD CUP as well as successful experiential campaigns for TRANSFORMERS THE EXPERIENCE, SEINFELD 30TH and SPIDERVERSE CAMPUS EXPERIENCE to name a few.
Noelle has led her team to create amazing Television campaigns for shows including SOLAR OPPOSITES, HIT MONKEY S2, TROLLS, DRAGONS, KING JULIEN, PUSS IN BOOTS, VOLTRON, KAZOOPS, CROODS, and numerous others.
In 2009, Noelle survived a battle with breast cancer. This ordeal has made her keenly aware of the importance of giving back. Her charitable efforts have benefited Unicef, L.A. Works, Arts For Abused Children, The Museum of Television and Radio’s William S. Paley’s Center, Operation Smile and Team In Training for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where she participates in triathlons to raise money. She is a member of the National Association of Breast Cancer as well as a highlighted member of the National Association of Professional Women. She lectures a Business of Entertainment class at The University of Texas, Austin every semester.
Before moving to Los Angeles, Noelle completed her BA in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin in 1996.
Noelle now serves on the Advisory Board of Moody College of Communication for the University of Texas at Austin.
