Tiffany thrives on developing new creative solutions across channels and platforms that lead to business growth and cultural impact.
Prior to joining R/GA, Tiffany served as Chief Content Officer and Partner at one of the first agency/consultancy hybrids, co:collective, where she built a new identity and experience vision for MoMa, as well as launching the first ever global YouTube creators campaign, catapulting YouTubers to fame. Before that she was at Crispin Porter + Bogusky for 10 years, helping the agency to become agency of the decade. While there she was Executive Creative Director/VP and led groundbreaking work for MINI Cooper, VW, Old Navy, Microsoft, Baby Carrots, American Express OPEN and the Truth brand and more.
Tiffany has judged and received dozens of top awards at every major creative and effectiveness competition in the industry, including best of show at the One Show, a Grand Clio, Gold Effies, as well as multiple Grand Prixs and a Titanium Lion at Cannes. Named one of Ad Age’s “Women to Watch,” Tiffany is currently on the board of The Ad Council, The Ad Club of New York, The One Club and the Webby’s, and is a member of META’s Creative Council and D&AD Impact Council.
