TORONTO, CANADA //  Barb Williams is Executive Creative Director of TrackDDB Canada, specializing in CRM and digital leadership on brands such as Esso, Air France, Canadian Tourism, Unicef, Subaru, Plan Canada, Canadian Blood Services and Volkswagen.

Barb's 23 years in the industry are punctuated by two periods working abroad. The first, in Dubai during the late 90’s, gave Barb the opportunity to work with many international brands such as Mercedes Benz, Amir Flights, Emaar Group and a variety of UAE government authorities, helping transform their B2B and B2C relationships one sky scraper at a time.

In the mid-2000’s Barb spent three years in Maui, Hawaii where she founded her own marketing and design firm building a successful client base across North America within the telecom, technology and not-for-profit industries.

An award-winning, accredited member of the Association for Registered Graphic Designers, Barb has helped lead the customer engagement creative, strategy and new business development for TrackDDB since returning in 2010.

“Over the years I’ve seen much change in our business. The channels, technology and especially our access to data continually evolve. However, I’ve learned that what never changes is how the smallest touch point can still have the greatest impact. It's all about understanding the human need. My greatest insights have come from raising two children and leading teams of people - from an eclectic mix of professional and cultural backgrounds - through change and triumph”.
