Sara Beaney joined Estée Lauder in 1998 and is the Vice President of Global Creative for the signature Estée Lauder brand. Sara is responsible for creative direction of all skincare, makeup and fragrance product launches, including providing assets and guidance to global teams for the execution of events, promotions, online programs, social and digital campaigns and in store consumer experiences. She directs and leads a team of art directors to execute and ensure consistent brand messaging across all branding platforms in all regions around the world. Prior to that, Sara served as Art Director of Murdoch Magazines in Sydney, Australia for Marie Claire and Marie Claire Maison. In that role, she was responsible for managing the creative department and all visual aspects of the magazine as it became the number 1 magazine in Australia. In addition, she worked with Murdoch Books, where she was responsible for establishing the look and style of Marie Claire Beauty books and award winning Marie Claire Cookbooks. Sara began her career as a Graphic Designer in Melbourne, Australia at the renowned FutureBrand FHA, a Corporate Design firm specializing in Brand Strategy and Identity.
