BROOKLYN, USA // Prior to McKinney, Alex worked at BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, and 360i across a variety of brands, including MetLife, Capital One, AT&T B2B, GE, Pepsi, Starbucks, CoffeeMate, Lean Cuisine, National Geographic, and HBO. During her career, she has made everything from TV to digitally-led campaigns to social content, preferring to create work where the creative solution and consumer behavior dictate the medium. Alex was named one of Adweek’s 2018 Rising Stars as a creative who is keeping advertising relevant, fresh, and fascinating. Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, The Clio Awards, The Webby Awards, The Obie Awards, ANDY Awards, AICP Next Awards, FWA, and Young Lions. At McKinney, she leads creative teams for clients like Stop & Shop, Sherwin-Williams, De’Longhi, Indivior, and Ad Council. Alex was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and has a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
