She represents the biggest digital talent and content creators in the industry, including Emma Chamberlain, Charli D’Amelio, Alix and Ashtin Earle, Jake Shane, Colin and Samir, Becca Bloom and many more.
Under her leadership, Berman and her team are at the forefront of shaping the creator economy who are redefining how digital talent engages with brands, media, and global audiences – cementing client deals covering fashion, tech, sports, entertainment, and live experiences.
Berman was featured in Fortune’s 2023 “11 Must-Know Power Players of the Creator Economy,” Variety’s 2021 “LA Women’s Impact Report,” The Hollywood Reporter’s 2021 “Next Gen” class, Variety’s 2015 class of “Hollywood’s New Leaders” and in Broadcasting & Cable’s “18 Under 34” list. Berman joined UTA in 2011 after beginning her career in the agent trainee program at ICM. She received her B.A. in English from Tufts University.
