EAGAN, USA // Allan Wertheimer is a recognized leader in Game Presentation and Production Operations across the NFL, bringing nearly two decades of experience in game entertainment, live production, and broadcast. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Production Operations & Game Entertainment for the Minnesota Vikings, Allan leads a dynamic team responsible for everything fans see and hear at U.S. Bank Stadium on gamedays, as well as overseeing content from the team’s cutting-edge TV and radio studios at their practice facility. Allan’s journey into sports production began in local news, where he worked as a Director before discovering his passion for live sports entertainment through Minor League Baseball. He started as a gameday crew member with the Great Lakes Loons (Dodgers High-A) and later spent two seasons with the Fort Wayne TinCaps (Padres High-A). In 2010, Allan joined the Minnesota Vikings as a Production Coordinator and has advanced through the organization.
Under Allan’s leadership, the Vikings Game Presentation team earned top honors in the NFL’s 2024-2025 Voice of the Fan rankings, and received accolades including an Emmy for Overall Sports Excellence, Clios for Team of the Year, and recognition for the Pregame Intro Sequence. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Allan holds a B.A.A. in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts with a minor in Journalism. He is deeply committed to mentoring emerging professionals, stating: “I’m a firm believer in passing down as much knowledge as you can to the next generation to keep this industry thriving.”
