NEW YORK, USA // Inna Kasparova is a global patientfocused healthcare leader who currently drives commercial strategy for lung cancer patients at Pfizer. Inna joined Pfizer 15 years ago and, throughout her career, has been responsible for various global and U.S. brands across Oncology, Rare Disease, and Cardiovascular diseases. She is recognized for elevating the patient voice across campaigns, therapeutic areas, and business units.

Prior to her work in Oncology, Inna served as the Global Patient Experience Lead for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) gene therapy, where she launched unbranded educational campaigns across U.S. and international markets and built endtoend support solutions for patients and caregivers. Earlier roles include global commercial development for sterile injectables in Pfizer’s Hospital Business Unit; business operations leadership for Established Products in Europe; and business development leadership in Moscow, where she advanced partnerships, localization initiatives, and product launches across therapies including Prevnar, Eliquis, and Xalkori.

Inna holds a PhD from the Russian State University of Innovations and Enterprise, where her research focused on M&A investment process management. Outside of work, she volunteers as a weekend guide at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
