JACKSONVILLE, USA // Bianca Paulk is an Associate Design Director at Fors Marsh with over a decade of experience in advertising for health, public service, and social-impact initiatives. What began as a passion for fine art and illustration has evolved into a career that allows Bianca to apply to her craft through various mediums and use design as a force for good. At the heart of Bianca’s work is a belief that empathy functions as a responsibility in design, one that helps create more accessible, intuitive experiences for the people they are meant to serve.

She has played a key role in high-profile health and well-being efforts in the areas of HIV awareness, drug overdose prevention, suicide prevention in the military, digital citizenship, and public health education – efforts that aim to support people at some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Her work has been recognized by Clio Health, D&AD, LIA, ADC, Print, and in 2022 she was honored as a GDUSA Person to her a GDUSA Person to Watch.
