ATLANTA, USA // Bobby Moore III is the Chief Strategy Officer of ObsidianWorks, a culture-powered media and marketing agency dedicated to engaging diverse demographics and communities. Established in 2021 through a partnership with Endeavor’s 160/90, he joined Michael B. Jordan, Chad Easterling, and Rene Spelman in leadership. With nearly 15 years of marketing experience across CPG, entertainment, and agencies, Bobby brings extensive expertise to his role.
As CSO, Bobby spearheads developing innovative strategies and creative solutions that foster business growth while delivering exceptional results for clients including Nike, Target, YouTube, and more. He blends strategic insight, creative vision, and strong leadership to inspire cross-functional teams and ensure impactful campaign execution.
Under his leadership, ObsidianWorks has achieved significant recognition in a short time, including being named a 2024 Finalist in LGBTQ community engagement by the Shorty Awards, a 2024 Nominee for a Drum award in the Food and Beverage Category, and a 2023 Gold Anthem Awards Winner for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – Branded Content and Collaboration. Additionally, the agency was recognized as a 2024 finalist for the AdAge Small Agency of the Year.
Beyond his work at ObsidianWorks, Bobby founded his lifestyle brand, IIInflux, which offers a range of apparel and home goods. Successfully managing the brand from end to end, he has secured collaborations with prominent companies such as Instagram, Viceland, and Foot Locker.
Originally from Oakland, California, Bobby now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a proud alumnus of CSUN in Los Angeles.
