LOS ANGELES, USA // A true Valley Girl, born and raised in Los Angeles, Carly Machlis traded Southern California sunshine for the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she earned a degree and enough cheese credibility to last a lifetime.

For the past 12 years, Carly has helped produce award-winning campaigns at AV Squad. During that time, she’s helped bring countless campaigns to life, with Top Gun: Maverick standing out as her most memorable and longest-running project. After years spent in the Maverick universe, she’s fairly certain she earned her own call sign, though thankfully no one has been brave enough to ask her to perform a barrel roll. Other favorite campaigns include Insecure, Smile 2, and Captain America: Brave New World, a collection that she’s incredibly proud of.

While not at work, Carly can usually be found traveling with friends and family, securing the hard-to-get reservations, or watching literally every TV show imaginable, from Bravo reunions and true crime to nature documentaries. Her viewing habits suggest ultimate range, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
