BURBANK, USA // Celia Hubbard Ryan is a Principal and Executive Creative Director at Open Road, where she has been part of the award-winning team since 2013. She began her career there as a production assistant and rose to the company’s senior leadership team. With over a decade of experience, she has led high-level campaigns across theatrical, television, streaming, and digital, spanning every genre.

Passionate about leadership and advancing women in entertainment, Celia has held multiple roles at Soapbox Women, including Co-President (2021–2023), VP of Membership, and Advisor, and is currently serving a second term as Co-President.

Outside of work, she brings that same sense of creativity and connection to her life at home, where she can often be found unwinding with her husband and their two young children, Nate and Ellie.
