LONDON, UK // Daniel Robey is the founder and CEO of Think Jam, an award-winning global marketing agency with over 2,000 entertainment campaigns under its belt. Formed in 2004, he has worked quietly but efficiently to shake up digital communications in entertainment marketing. His methods were so effective that Think Jam’s organic growth led the need to open a Los Angeles office just four years later. New York welcomed a third office in 2013 and Birmingham followed in 2014.
Graduating with a first-class honours degree in Interactive Multimedia and Film Studies from Manchester Metropolitan University, Daniel can now call upon nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing to create pioneering developments, solutions and systems that engage and alter the status quo. He has shared this knowledge and experience by lecturing internationally and appearing on many panels regarding the growth and potential of the industry.
A self-made, natural entrepreneur and innovator, Daniel is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having taken part in the prestigious Owner/President Management programme. Having learnt additional techniques helpful for furthering his company, he has taken care to recruit and retain the kind of personnel that stands up to the well-earned reputation that Think Jam has garnered over its eleven years.
More recently, Daniel has introduced R&D incubator, Think Jam Labs in order to innovate and disrupt age-old practices across the industry. The new business dedicated to forward-looking technologies was created to benefit both Think Jam and its clients, unveiling it’s first project in 2014; a dedicated multi-channel intelligence platform (the only one of its kind for the entertainment industry), called ‘FUEL Intelligence’. Subsequent developments have seen FUEL separate from Think Jam, allowing it to grow in its own space. In March of this year a multi-million dollar Series-A investment was secured, allowing that growth to be expedited.
Daniel lives in London with his wife and family. A keen cyclist, Daniel regularly travels the world taking on some of the most challenging of rides, raising funds for his favourite charities.
