PLANO, USA // As Vice President of Marketing Communications for Toyota North America, Dedra DeLilli leads brand and product marketing, media, and sponsorships. She brings Toyota’s purpose-driven mission of “Mobility for All” to life across a wide-ranging portfolio spanning sports, outdoors, music, and lifestyle – always with an emphasis on expanding access and opportunity. Under her leadership, Toyota has become a standout in sports marketing, earning Cynopsis Sports “Brand of the Year” in 2024. In 2025, Adweek named her to its inaugural “Sports MVP” list, highlighting her as one of 25 leaders redefining the intersection of sports and marketing.
Dedra oversaw Toyota’s global Olympic and Paralympic marketing from 2017 to 2024, where she helped establish the Toyota U.S. Paralympic Fund, providing direct support to over 430 athletes across three Games – a first-of-its-kind sponsorship model that redefined brand support for underrepresented athletes. This breakthrough initiative delivered donations, resources, and awareness for Para athletes, all backed by Toyota dealerships in small towns and major cities across the country. Dedra also oversees Toyota’s NFL partnership, applying that same inclusive ethos to American football by championing NFL FLAG to help expand access to the sport for more girls and boys nationwide. She leads the brand’s national effort to make the sport more accessible while enabling localized support across Toyota’s 1,200 dealers nationwide.
Prior to joining Toyota, Dedra launched TD Ameritrade’s sports sponsorship division, securing partnerships with both the U.S. Olympic Committee and the NFL. She began her career in marketing roles at Citibank and Kipany Productions, shaping her belief in marketing as a tool for connection and change. Dedra holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Maine, where she also played NCAA Division I field hockey. She and her husband, Rob, live in Frisco, TX, but she remains a loyal Giants, Yankees, and (NY) Rangers fan.
