Trying to classify Eric is difficult. He has built a reputation as an innovation and digital-transformation expert, but as a hybrid creative leader, he is equally celebrated for his teams’ work in television, print, and other traditional mediums. Eric’s creative philosophy is simple: make everything you touch better than the day before and try hard not to be a jerk doing it.

His teams have won over 200 international creative awards, with work featured in the Smithsonian permanent collection, college textbooks, and major media outlets including CNN, NBC, BBC, The New York Times, and Fast Company. In recognition of his creative leadership, Eric served as Jury President, Health & Wellness, at Cannes Lions 2025. In 2023, Eric launched Welltainment℠, collaborating with entertainment brands to create wellness content that addresses health equity through culture and inclusion. His 2024 initiative, Superhuman, is a technology incubator focused on leveraging the intersection of technology and health to enhance and extend life.
