MADRID, SPAIN // Félix is a global creative leader with over two decades of experience spanning Europe and Latin America.
He joined MRM Spain three years ago after a seven-year stint at Ogilvy Brasil, one of the largest and most recognized agencies in Latin America. Ogilvy Brasil was named Agency of the Year at Caboré in 2019 and 2020, and the 2nd Regional Agency of the Decade (Latam) at Cannes Lions. During his time in Brazil, Félix was the only foreigner to lead the creative direction of an agency in the iconic Brazilian market.
Over the past three years at MRM, the agency has consistently ranked among the most creative agencies in the Spanish market (according to Anuncios). During this time, it has also expanded its client portfolio, working at the intersection of technology, data, and creativity.
Félix is passionate about storytelling in all its forms—regardless of format, media, or technology—helping bold brands connect with big ideas that can be defined in a tweet.
Throughout his career, he has won numerous awards and distinctions at every major advertising festival, including One Show, D&AD, Effie (Spain, Brazil, and Latam), El Sol, Club de Creativos (Spain), El Ojo, Eurobest, and more than 40 Lions at Cannes Lions.
Félix also served as the creative lead at Contrapunto/BBDO, a renowned and award winning agency in the Spanish market.
He has been a speaker at Cannes Lions (2014 and 2018 for the Glass Lions category) and has participated in several prestigious juries worldwide, including Cannes Lions (2019), One Show (2020), D&AD (2021), Clio (2024), and the Club de Creativos of Spain on multiple occasions, where he was Jury President in 2018. He has also been a juror for El Sol, El Ojo, Eurobest, Wave, Golden Drum, Profissionais do Ano, among others, and was named Advertising Professional of the Year by the São Paulo Colunistas Award.
Félix lives in Madrid with Carmen and their two kids.
