LAS VEGAS, USA // Grant Norris-Jones serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Partnerships for TKO, the holding company that comprises UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization; WWE, the recognized global leader in sports entertainment; PBR, the world’s premier bull riding organization; and Zuffa Boxing, the new promotion led by Dana White. Norris-Jones is responsible for creating new opportunities and integrating brand partners across TKO’s portfolio of events, content, and media. He leads partnership sales, activations, and operations teams in New York, Las Vegas, Connecticut, London, São Paulo, Sydney, Shanghai, and Toronto.

Recently, Norris-Jones led the renewal of UFC’s long-standing partnership with Monster Energy, making it the largest sponsorship deal in UFC history. He also continues to unlock new categories, signing Meta as UFC’s first Fan Technology Partner and IBM as UFC’s first Official AI Partner. Norris-Jones has also grown WWE’s sponsorship category exponentially by securing and maintaining long-term partnerships with prominent brands, including 2K, PRIME, C4, Xfinity, Wheatley American Vodka, and Snickers.

In 2026, Norris-Jones expanded TKO’s commercial portfolio across UFC, WWE, PBR, and Zuffa Boxing through new strategic partnerships spanning technology, financial services, sports betting, and automotive, highlighted by agreements with premier brands including Total Wireless, bet365, Exodus, NinjaTrader, RAM, and others. Norris-Jones joined UFC in May 2017 and helped drive UFC’s global partnerships business to six consecutive years of record revenue. Following the integration of UFC and WWE’s global partnerships teams, Norris-Jones was elevated to lead TKO’s combined global partnerships unit.

Earlier in his career, Norris-Jones worked at FanDuel, where he served as Director of Integrated Partnerships, and at the NBA, where he helped secure an agreement with Tissot to become the Official Timekeeper of the NBA, WNBA, and NBA G League, making it the first-ever timing partnership for a major North American sports league. Norris-Jones has received several accolades for his career accomplishments and growing influence within the sports marketing industry. He was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Sports list in 2017 and to the ADWEEK 50 in 2024, recognizing him among leading figures across the advertising, marketing, media, and technology industries. In 2025, he was selected for Sports Business Journal’s prestigious Forty Under 40, an annual celebration of the best young talent in sports business.

Norris-Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in psychology from Cambridge University.
