PHILADELPHIA, USA // Hali Stark is a content and marketing leader passionate about building fandom through storytelling, social media, and culture-driven content. As Head of Content & Strategy at League One Volleyball (LOVB), she oversees the league’s social media, content production, and editorial strategy, leading the creative vision behind both LOVB Pro and LOVB Clubs. From athlete storytelling and creator partnerships to internet-first social content and live event coverage, Hali is focused on growing volleyball’s cultural relevance and building the next generation of sports fans.
Prior to LOVB, Hali spent a decade at Major League Baseball, where she helped shape the league’s digital voice through social media, athlete marketing, brand campaigns, and live content strategy. During her tenure, she led award-winning campaigns including Let the Kids Play—a movement that helped redefine baseball culture by celebrating personality and self-expression—and launched MLB FoodFest, the league’s first fan festival inspired by the viral success of MLB food content across social media.
Hali also spent time at Dapper Labs, leading content partnerships and experiential marketing for NBA Top Shot, WNBA Top Shot, and NFL All Day, helping bridge sports fandom with emerging digital experiences. Across every role, she has been driven by one goal: creating content that doesn’t just reach audiences, but builds passionate communities. Whether launching new brands, developing athlete-led storytelling, or embracing the internet’s latest trends, Hali believes the best sports content makes fans feel like they’re part of something bigger.
