LOS ANGELES, USA // Jed grew up in South Africa before moving to Miami at age 12. At 16, he won a radio contest to write a commercial for a local piano company, accidentally discovering that people actually got paid to make ads. Today, Jed is Chief Creative Officer of Mother Los Angeles, where he leads the agency’s creative vision across the West Coast. Since joining in 2022, he has helped drive the agency’s growth overseeing work across clients like Sonic, Expedia, Electronic Arts and Meta.
Before Mother, Jed created campaigns for Apple at TBWA\Media Arts Lab. Prior to that, as Creative Director at 72andSunny, he led award-winning work for brands including Call of Duty, Sonos, ESPN, Coors Light, Carl’s Jr., and National Geographic. His work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, The One Show, The ANDYs, and the Webbys. In 2021, he was nominated for a Creative Arts Emmy and named one of Adweek’s Top 100 Creatives. He also co-wrote Teddy Bear, a short film that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. He’s an avid gamer, but he’s really not that good
