CHICAGO, USA // Jen Martindale serves as the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communications for the Chicago Cubs. In this role, Jen’s accountable for growing the fanbase, generating revenue, and stewarding the Cubs and Wrigley Field brands. Her team guides brand strategy, fan engagement, growth marketing, game presentation, and branded content as well as all internal and external communications. Prior to joining the Cubs, Jen was the Vice President of Brand Strategy with the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Pelicans, making her one of the few people to lead marketing for an NFL team and NBA team concurrently. Jen discovered her passion for sports marketing later in her career. Earlier, she served in marketing leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and spent over a decade at Chicago-based global ad agency Leo Burnett, where she worked with major consumer packaged goods and retail brands.
