HOLLYWOOD, USA // Jennie Wilkes is EVP, Creative Marketing for Paramount+ and Pluto TV Direct-to-Consumer, where she leads the creative vision and development of campaigns across the streaming portfolio. Since joining Paramount in 2026, she has overseen record-breaking launches for the service, including The Madison, which became the biggest debut for a Taylor Sheridan series at the time, and Dutton Ranch, which set a new benchmark as the largest launch in Paramount+ history. With nearly 20 years of experience across film, television, and streaming, Jennie has built a reputation for creating emotionally resonant creative campaigns that break through culture and forge meaningful audience connections. She began her career in film marketing at Universal Pictures on titles like Pitch Perfect before spending more than a decade at Netflix, where she led creative for some of the platform’s most iconic and influential campaigns, including Stranger Things, Orange Is the New Black, DAHMER and the Monster anthology series, as well as films including DAMSEL, Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, Leo, and Maestro.

Prior to joining Paramount, Jennie founded Wilkes Creative, a strategic and creative consultancy through which she advised brands, studios, and creators including Airbnb, Hulu/Disney, HBO Max, Ryan Murphy Productions, MrBeast, and Blizzard. Her work there included leading creative development for breakthrough campaigns such as All’s Fair for Hulu/Disney and early creative strategy and development for Amazon’s Beast Games Season 2. While Jennie is always passionate about her work, her favorite role is at home with her husband Michael, daughters Sadie and Becca, and their dog Roger, who keep her far busier than any campaign ever could.
