DETROIT, USA // Jess started in sports production as a sophomore at Penn State University, working for the Athletic Department and in the B1G Student U program. During her junior year, she began working as the Technical Director for in-stadium videoboard shows at Beaver Stadium, which she continued throughout the rest of her time in school. Upon graduation, Jess joined the production crew at Penn State full-time before being hired at the Detroit Lions in 2019.
Entering her eighth season with the Lions and currently serving as the Director of Game & Event Production, her focus is on providing fans with a top tier gameday experience. Leading in-stadium production and programming, Jess works closely with the Game Presentation team to find creative and entertaining ways to execute the gameday run-of-show and keep the fans engaged and informed. She manages gameday crewing and then steps into the role of Director for the in-stadium videoboard show.
