LOS ANGELES, USA // Jo Shoesmith is the Global Chief Creative Officer at Amazon. She leads a cross functional global team consisting of creative, design, production, product and external agency partnerships. She is responsible for executing breakthrough, and measurably effective creative work for Amazon’s largest fixed marketing portfolio globally. Prior to Amazon, she was a global CCO at IPG, serving brands across 10+ industries, and has led creative departments at leading agencies in the USA and Australia.
Jo is a passionate advocate for women’s sport, and sits on the Baseball for All advisory board. An organization whose goal is to build gender equity in baseball by providing girls with real opportunities to play, coach, and lead in this sport.
