NEW YORK CITY, USA // Justin Zambuto is Executive Vice President and Co-Head of 160over90. In partnership with his co-heads, Justin sets the vision for the global marketing agency and leads the senior leadership team and workforce of 800 employees across major markets around the world. With a focus on cross-functional excellence, Justin oversees the agency’s global accounts and capabilities spanning partnerships, experiential, public relations, social, and creator marketing. He also drives internal operations, helping to ensure 160over90 operates with agility, innovation, and a consistent commitment to creative and cultural relevance. Based in New York, Justin’s career at the company began in 1996 with IMG’s tennis division, marking the start of a decades-long career inside what is now the WME Group ecosystem. He has been a driving force behind the agency’s overall growth, integration of acquisitions and capabilities, and evolution into a full-service cultural marketing agency.

He is widely respected for his ability to scale partnerships across culture, entertainment, and sport with his focus on evolving the role of modern marketing and leading brands to meaningfully connect to culture and consumers. His leadership has earned him industry recognition, including a coveted spot on Sports Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” list. Justin is a native New Yorker, attending the University of Miami (FL) and lives in Connecticut with his wife, Euie, and daughter, Hannah (10).
