PHILADELPHIA, USA // Karen Yanick is a Senior Vice President and Marketing Executive at Bank of America, where she leads strategic initiatives and integration across the company’s Global Partnerships and Social Media Marketing team. In this role, she is responsible for fostering cross-enterprise collaboration, advancing brand growth, and driving business impact through integrated marketing strategies, global partnerships, enterprise talent partnerships, and organic social media initiatives. Karen works across lines of business to strengthen brand relevance, identify new growth opportunities, and maximize the value of the company’s partnership investments.
In addition, Karen leads the relationship with Authentic Brands Group – Sir David Beckham, who serves as Bank of America’s ambassador for its global Sports With Us initiative. Through this partnership, she helps promote the bank’s full global sports portfolio to drive progress, celebrate achievement and provide access and inspire youth through sports.
Throughout her career at Bank of America, Karen has held leadership roles spanning marketing and digital, affinity marketing, business controls, foundation and community relations, recruiting and leadership development, and operations. Her diverse experience provides a unique enterprise-wide perspective that enables her to connect business strategy, brand building, customer engagement, and community impact.
With deep expertise in branding, community relations, partnerships, and integrated marketing, Karen helps develop innovative strategies that align the bank’s business priorities with cultural, community, and client engagement opportunities. Karen is a financial services executive with more than 35 years of industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Wilmington University. She is also an active volunteer supporting the Leukemia Foundation of Delaware.
