LONDON, UK // Laura Gregory is the founder and CEO of Great Guns, a globally recognized, award-winning branded content, film, television, and music video production company built on principles of diversity and inclusion from day one. As a prolific producer, Laura has created several independent films, a USA prime-time television show, and the recent Netflix feature documentary “City of Queens.” Her industry leadership includes serving as President of the Cannes Lions Film Craft Jury, Foreman of D&AD Next Director, and President of Euro Awards, among numerous other prestigious jury positions. She was a founding juror on both the USA AICP-CDDP Diversity Awards and Cannes’ first SheSays/The Voice of a Woman Award. Laura has produced for some of film and television’s legendary directors, including Michael Mann, David Lynch, Michael Bay, Roger Corman, Martin Campbell, Danny Trachtenberg, Ilya Naishuller, Roar Uthaug, Cal McMau, and David Nutter.
A passionate mentor to emerging talent, Laura champions young filmmakers and believes that “if you don’t support young talent, you will lose future creative thinkers who will force change and leave you behind.
Laura has served 3 yrs as a D&AD board trustee. D&AD is a nonprofit organization that celebrates and promotes excellence in design and advertising. Best known for the prestigious D&AD Awards, the charity reinvests proceeds into initiatives that support creative professionals. These include education programs aimed at emerging talent, especially from underrepresented backgrounds. Laura was part of The Bigger Bounce committee, raising over £3 million for Breast Cancer Research through a series of live events in London. Laura is a regular speaker at industry shows.
Laura is currently developing several film and television projects including an AI animated movie, ‘Birds of Paradise’ for a family audience. The writer is a severely autistic and Laura has paired him with an experienced film and television writer and will be delivering the script in 2026.
