SAN DIEGO, USA // Martin Stapff is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of YAMA Group, a boutique agency specializing in pharmaceutical communications. Under his leadership, Martin set YAMA’s creativity to break the mold in pharma, establishing YAMA Group as a trusted partner of many top-leading pharma companies such as AbbVie, Pfizer, Merck, Novartis, Amgen, and Astellas, specializing in oncology, immunology, and neurology. 

From its inception, Martin oversees and motivates the creative team to excel on projects across YAMA’s three verticals: Brand Building, Experiential Marketing, and Immersiv Learning, exploring new ways to connect audiences with medical information through in-clinic simulators and the booming YAMA Live unit, which creates some of the most impactful and exquisite pharma events around the world. 

Born in Uruguay, Martin learned pharma from the inside, leading marketing and commercial efforts for some of the top pharma brands. Living abroad in countries such as Argentina, Mexico, and the USA, Martin is a firm believer that life-changing treatments deserve only purposeful creativity, grounded in a deep understanding of science, profound respect for patient suffering and enriched by the passion of a diverse and multicultural team.
