FRISCO, USA // Meredith Counce is in her 15th year with the Dallas Cowboys Football Club and is the Senior Vice President of Brand and Marketing. She was named SVP in 2024 after leading the Brand and Marketing arm of the organization through the previous eight years. In this capacity, Counce leads all areas of Club Brand Management, Marketing & Advertising, Business & Data Analytics, Creative Services, Event Presentation, Fan Engagement Strategies – both nationally and internationally – Brand Presentation and Fan Experience at all Dallas Cowboys venues and events, Community Relations and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Counce was selected to attend Stanford University’s League of Leaders Executive Program in 2021, and she was recognized by AdWeek as a Rising Brand Star in 2019. Additionally, Counce was inducted as the youngest member to The Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board’s (NAB) and became Vice Chairman of the NAB’s Strategic Planning Committee in 2018. Counce is also a founding member of The Salvation Army Echelon charter chapter that was later adopted by The Salvation Army as their National Young Professionals Auxiliary and today has over 40 chapters across the country.

One of Counce’s many passions exercised within the organization is contemporary art, and she is a Dallas Cowboys Art Collection Art Council member. Counce graduated Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas as a fouryear Honors student in Pre-Medicine, Biology. She then completed her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in both Marketing and Corporate Strategy from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. While pursuing her MBA, she became a member of the SMU Dean’s Circle and Distinguished Cox Business Leaders Forum.
