LOS ANGELES, USA // LOS ANGELES, USA // Philip Khosid is an award-winning creative leader who builds brands the way Hollywood builds stories: with a sharp point of view, cultural fluency, and craft that earns attention. As Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of Battery, Philip has helped lead work recognized across the industry’s top stages — including Cannes Lions, The Clios (including Grand), D&AD, The One Show, and London International Awards.
Philip is best known for creating ideas that stick. At Netflix, he and his team didn’t just support a comedy initiative – they wrote the words “Netflix Is A Joke,” turning it into a globally recognized sub-brand and cultural banner. He’s also led major entertainment and gaming work including Activision, 2K’s Borderlands 4: “Quit Earth,” along with campaigns for brands spanning EA / Respawn, LA Clippers, PUBG, RBC, Splice, Gran Coramino, Land O’Lakes, Warner Bros. Games.
In the Health and social impact space, Philip brings the same creative ambition to work that demands real-world outcomes. His PSA for the ALS Society of Canada – “Hire Someone With ALS” challenges stigma and drives action through a direct call for inclusion. He also helped create An Idea for LA, a pro bono initiative giving struggling local businesses a full marketing makeover when they needed it most at the height of Covid. Philip additionally supports Ohana One, helping amplify access to life-changing surgeries for children globally.
Philip lives and works in Los Angeles.
