Rebecca Pavia Molbury

LOS ANGELES, CA // Rebecca Pavia Molbury believes the best creative work doesn’t feel like advertising — it feels like a cultural moment audiences want to claim, share, and make their own. For over 20 years, that conviction has guided her work as an Entertainment IP Creative Strategist at Disney Entertainment and Disney +, 20th Century Fox, and Paramount Pictures, where she has mastered a rare and deeply specialized craft: she doesn’t just market content — she markets worlds, the mythology, the fandom, and the emotional contract audiences hold with the franchises they love.

Her creative strategies across theatrical and television IP — from Mufasa, Lilo & Stitch, and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes to American Horror Story, Star Trek, and X Files — have earned multiple CLIO Key Art Awards and Promax/BDA Gold recognition, earned the kind of consumer devotion that outlasts the campaign — across generations, cultures, and global markets, and delivered record-breaking results from opening weekend through streaming shelf — across blockbuster budgets and scrappy OTT alike. She specializes in the intersection of social-first storytelling, creator and influencer strategy, and AI-integrated production — treating emerging technology as a force-multiplier for human creativity, never a replacement for it. Rebecca is a passionate advocate for inclusive, audience-centered design — work that is bold and original but built to be welcoming to everyone it reaches. She has delivered creative across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and virtually every major global streaming platform, pitching and winning buy-in from studio executives, filmmakers, producers, and talent throughout her career. Now based in Naples, Italy — where she is living proof that great creative can come from anywhere — she runs an independent fractional creative practice.

Her creative instincts were shaped at Ohio University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Audio Production alongside fine art and women’s studies — a foundation that still shows up in every brief. She is currently completing her Certificate in Business of Entertainment at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Deeply fluent in culture, and relentlessly inventive with resources — she doesn’t follow the audience. She anticipates it.
